BK Blue Label Stone is a series of ceramic pans for people who want to fry in a healthier and energy saving way. Thanks to the ceramic stone look coating, which is manufactured in an environmentally friendly way, has good non-stick properties and is PTFE-free and PFOA-free, you can fry quicker and at a higher temperature (up to 400°C). The ingredients then maintain their vitamins and structure. Because the ceramic coating conducts heat better, your entire dish is cooked faster. The stone look coating, composed of four scratch resistant layers, is extremely strong. You can fry using less fat because the ceramic pan does not stick, which is healthier. The pans have a sturdy cold handle that can safely be held while frying. The pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction and the oven (up to 160º C). A sponge and some washing-up liquid are all that is needed to clean the pan in a jiffy.
