At this point in time I wouldn't want to be flying with Alaskan or Delta Airlines !

That's wonderful news that Boeing have been able to fix the issues at hand, to make for an even safer aircraft.

Source: Wikipedia.

11, 660 Boeing 737s produced as of December 2023
That is a good production run for a commercial airliner.

Yeah I'm driving. The quality control now a days is laughable and only getting worse. As such I can't justify putting my safety in the hands of businesses that seem to value saving a dollar.

Cutting costs is really just padding the executive bonuses.

Airbus are also having serious problems with wing cracking on their A320s.
I magine flying along in the wide blue yonder and see half the wing fold upwards because of a serious crack.

I'd venture to say that Boeing will be so much safer now that there are inspectors in the factories watching everything. If Boeing fails America fails. There is no other wide-body aircraft manufacturer in the United States. The federal government will not let a non-American aircraft manufacturer be the only wide-body airliner manufacturer in the world. We rely on Boeing for much of our military aircraft as well.

Until the next door/part/passenger/plane falls out of the sky.
