The housing market is driven by our upstate investors to a ridiculous level. People are not moving there to live. They just got excited for a short time and parked their money there. That’s why you see very high price on everything that there is nothing there. After 9 PM I cannot buy anything. Basically it is a rural town with big city price

Your History lesson was great! I hope Cape Coral stays more "Old Florida" because it is so easy to cross a bridge by car to the "Big City". Boating Water is much BETTER in Cape Coral. You are very on top of both markets. Cape Coral area Matlacha and Pine Island should have been mentioned for the true "Old Florida" searchers. It still exists... only there. Well Done!
