if y'all have straight hair just make sure it stick out of your hat and wear a hat all day and pull the hair out and try to get it to flip up eventually it will do it naturally

Do you have any tips to get more texture, waves and thicker hair for someone with fine, straight and flat hair. I have tried sea-salt spray, clay, etc but it just makes it oily and no volume or texture. Thanks in regards!
