He is unapologetically incompetent and instead of her dealing with THAT she makes it about everything else… NOBODY.. I mean NOBODY else on that entire show had a contract issue, which means that EVERYONE else’s terms and conditions were MET. Once Monique involved DL's wife and especially his daughter, I LOST RESPECT FOR MONIQUE. An adult argument needs to stay within the arenas of the adults. A lot of fathers/mothers/sisters would have handled Monique in another way. As the saying goes "You can mess with me, but NOT MESS WITH MY CHILDREN!"
