Project CARS 3 vs GRID 2019 - Brands Hatch PS4 Pro 4K Graphics Comparison

Time to compare Project Cars 3 and Grid - For purpose of this comparison I used same track and car - Brands Hatch / Chevrolet Corvette C7.R and tried to match closest possible weather settings.
- Summer
- Sunset
- Clear weather
Seems like both games have different sun position therefore it was not possible to match them perfectly.
Other than that everything was set as close as possible.

Both games were captured on PS4 Pro at 4K Display.

Games provided by Codemasters and #RacingAhead program.

Stupid to make Project Cars 3 a GRID clone. Codemasters could have had an arcade racer AND a simulation. Instead, they now have the same arcade game twice.

At least Project Cars 3 doesn't extend the width of the track, and the cars are a bit more planted.

I liked Project Cars 2, but the Anti-Aliasing solution is worse and has not been fixed in this game also.

A half baked arcade racer vs a reiteration of the same game. PCARS 3 is basically SMS being a hack because they know they just couldn't made two games with ambitious premise and scope while at least Codemasters Southam were doing the best they could do when making both GRID (2019) and Dirt Rally 2.0 almost simultaneously, and that's not to ignore another possible unannounced project in very early state of development around the same time.



Side note: Dirt 5 doesn't count because it's being developed by different team from Codemasters Chesire (formerly Sony's Evolution Studio)

Project Cars 3 is what Grid (2019) should have been. It's a great game, just not a project cars game

I like project cars 3 more only because when I use my wheel it needs me to turn more and wheel it back. In grid I need to turn 10 degrees and the car wants to drift I hate that

Grid is still
Better in every way even in 2021 and it gets no updates

Grid has better graphics but PC3 has better voice for sure

Grid has better handling & physics, PC3 is just Shift 3 with PC2 Cars/tracks & downgraded graphics
