Cream:
Milk 3 cups
Wheat flour 4 tablespoons
Potato flour 4 tablespoons
Butter 200 g
Yolks 2
Sugar 2/3 cup

Jelly:
Jelly any flavor 3
Fresh or frozen fruit 500-600 g
