Wrong settings....aperture and shutter speeds were not appropriate. Put ISO 200, shutter speed 1/180 and aperture value (f number) max possible. If shot is darker, reduce the shutter speed by half a stop.

My s21 fe captured craters and the seas of the moon clearly without any post processing, just with 30×.

The post processing in all samsung phones are AI enhanced but is its not Unreal image of moon. Actually only and always one side of moon faces earth and its comparatively easy to study and process the details of one side of moon.
In reality its impossible to generate accurate sharp image of moon on its own by camera due to small aperture and sensor.
But changing some setting of iso and shutter speed can do the magic.
