The cinematic should have been Thrall kicking that Iron Horde Orc into the portal, bouncing out, with the Queuing screen on the actual portal!

And then there's EU where literally every server is locked, and the majority of the servers have a 3000-5000 queue

In this video we see the  beginning of a dark pact: a seemingly endless army of darkness seeking to consume the soul of some brave and otherwise noble individual with the lure of great power.

Also we see Gul'dan offering Grom a drink.

A bit of trouble can be expected and tolerated on launch night, but you'd think after 10 years and 5 expansions, Blizzard would have the experience and resources to keep this from happening.

Sorry but this position in queue makes me laugh more than the reason this video was made itself.

You have to give your soul to the Que Gods and pray to them the servers won't restart and throw you back in to it.
