In Europe, in the
People choose democracy because democracy is pro-people compared to the old European style authoritarian king.

But in China, where's the culture is different than Europe, China style of democracy works great. It uplift 800 million Chinese from poverty.

So, the west really need to give this a credit & learn if they can implemented part of this in their governing system to improve their system.
