kielder is a great place for an adventure but, northumbrian water dont cater for the disabled, so mobility scooter or wheel chair forget about it, just a word of warning theres to many gravel tracks

Hi there! I am a university undergraduate student and for my dissertation i'm producing a documentary on the proposed reintroduction of the Lynx into Kielder forest. I would absolutely love to include drone footage in my documentary as it would add a great perspective of the landscape. Unfortunately I do not have the resources or equipment to obtain this footage myself, so I was wondering if you would be willing to send me some of your footage for me to include? It would be such an incredible help and addition to my project, I would only need a few scenes. It would be completely referenced and credited to you and not at all passed off as my own. We can sign and agree on this and I'd acknowledge you in my written part of the project as well. Compared to Scotland's right to Wild Camp and Kayak Canoe, Kielder Water and Forest Park are backward with the negative view of the public. We decent Wild Campers who love nature, respect the need to Leave No Trace, because of the minority of people who have no respect. So I will never bother to go to Kielder Water and Forest Park. The freedom to traverse this man made water lake, is a no go. Too many restrictions. I am sure they come up with the usual excuses of why not. However their arguments fall flat when Scotland with its right to roam and camp, is working so well. Why bother to go to Kielder Water & Forest Park, when I can hop across the border to Scotland and spend my hard earned money in a Country that loves to cater for the Canoe and Kayak Wild Camper! Very sad indeed.
