Barcelona Paella Class

While many people may think paella is all about the seafood or meats added to it, it’s as much about the rice as well. In this cooking class, we slowly built a ton of depth and complexity into the rice. It kind of reminds me how you treat a risotto. Have you ever tried making paella at home? #shorts
