A lot of these have stuff to do with Voldemort, such as Hagrid being expelled, killer teachers being constantly hired (because Quirrel had Voldemort on the back of his head) and the dangerous challenges to protect the philosophers stone (to protect it from Voldemort(even though it wasn't needed))

He didnt just bully Neville he bullied anyone that want in his house and was quick enough to call out other student for there misbehave but was ok with slytherin student going around bully student and break the rules

I disagree with the time turner being one of the worst. Had it not been for Hermione having that, Sirius would likely have been dead that very year. It granted him 2 more years of life.

And letting a werewolf in without proper wards to keep him in, and students out, as well as someone to stand Gaurd.

The time turner thing is nonsense, it’s said in The Half Blood Prince that you can ask for time turners to do more subjects, it wasn’t a once off thing
