The Mentor - Mentee Relationship!
Sh*t I Learned the Hard Way #SILTHW

The core of a mentor-mentee relationship is the trust built between the two parties. In this episode, I'm joined by Samantha Vrcic, my mentee and friend. Together we share what both sides of the relationship look like. Included are the characteristics of a good mentor and a good mentee, expectations from both viewpoints, and how to ensure a mentoring session is valuable for everyone involved.

Great video, you went over some very insightful points to finding a great mentee. My favorite part of this video was when you spoke about the importance of providing mentees with guidance instead of making the decision for them. You have helped me immensely and I have learned a lot from you this past year. Thank you.
