The most difficult part for me is when salivation, sweating, suffocation and feel to escape immediately . The most annoying symtomp i feel is the feeling of i want to escape . I want to run away .

I have now a very bizarre resistance to the bus travelling . I can't even undersatand why the resistance to ride a bus is so stronng and the avoidance feeling is very preferrable ..
I want to say something about my panic to bus riding . Til this moment i feel a huge struggle with that . .
Always the same may be fault for all panic people what i will do if the symptomps came to me on bus . How i will escape ?
The same cycle ....
