I think you sound like a really decent person, as you’re relatively young and in a tech lead role, how do you find it?

I can imagine the technology side of things probably doesn’t phase you but how about the people side of things?

Offering advice and guidance to your team for people who could be older or more experienced than you. How do you manage that process?

I figured why I am so fond of your vlogs, you just like an old friend and share things with us. You didn't try to do something special to attract viewers and you just be yourself. Always feel comfortable and relaxing while watching them. Keep it up and I will always be your fan.

There isn't much room between desks and the desk of the person sitting behind you. 2nd hand claustrophobia :)
