I actually had people say I looked like him. I was at a play in dinner theater in Clearwater Florida.It was annonced they had special quests in the audience. Sitting a few rows up from where we were sitting was Burt n Sally. After the play we got to meet them. They were very nice. They were there because he was planning to open his own dinner theater in Jupiter Florida which is north of West Palm Beach where he lived. Rest in Peace

Nobody is perfect. People keep bashing him. He was an icon. One of my heroes. You can see the love he has for her. Just like me and my ex wife. He knows he did wrong. He admitted it. He never beat her period. Other things yes. He adored her. He grew up. So many things can make a person act different from who they truly are. Man or woman. He deserved a second chance. He is just like a good ol western song. He stopped loving her today. True love will never die. You dont own your heart when it belongs to someone else. Im sure hes in heaven waiting. Ì think she'll be waiting

In my 48 years on this Earth I've only wept a handful of times when a celebrity passed away. Burt was one of them. Maybe it's because he reminded me of my grandmother because she was the first one to show me Cannonball Run and I was a fan of his ever since. I hope she's still swooning over him in heaven.
