As a psychiatrist.. wouldn’t you think Taylor’s advise to a patient in this same scenario.. would be to REMOVE themselves from the situation that triggers them.?
She is placing herself in situations that trigger her. She was in Monte Carlo “spying” on Ridge and Brooke.. and continues to spy on them in LA. Seriously.. Taylor needs psychiatric help herself.. and to leave Ridge and Brooke behind her.

Why blame only Ridge? Taylor puts herself right smack in between Ridge and Brooke every time she returns on the scene. She likes the competition even though she knows Ridge is not in love with her.
