According to the WEBTOON, the guy with rings and tattoos on his hand is Donald Na (I think his name will change into something else in the series). He is the boss of delinquents from ALL the high schools, except for Eunjang (the high school that Si-Eun joined).

Edit: Some people want to know if Su-Ho appears in the manhwa after the coma. According to the WEBTOON (as of chapter 221, which is the most recent chapter released on November 28th, 2022), Su-Ho was not found since the day he was injured and in coma (fell down from the school terrace because the bullies pushed him). No one knows where he is now after his family moved him somewhere else. This is after Su-Eun joined Eunjang for a while and made new friends.

I have read one comment that the Director once mentioned that if there would be S2, there will be a big changes of the story plot. Class 1 is rhe prequel of this then on the webtoon, I think Soo hoo was not mentioned. Therefore, S2 would really change it. Correct me if I am wrong. but of course count me in for the petition to have #WeakHeroClass2
