Still the most unique One Piece opening and I don't think the feeling of "weakness" depicted will ever be replicated. Its the only One Piece song that isn't upbeat and empowering and more of a melancholic and almost apologizing tone. Really fitting for the most emotional arc of the series

Notice how during the part where all the people on the world government side showed off their powers, Doflamingo was the only one that didn’t really show anything. The writers were seriously doing all they can to make sure we didn’t see his power until his arc came.
