Yes they are out there and have been for a very long time now.

I've been capturing this for years... what you captured is a very real event occurring all over. For years I've captured them in NY, NJ, Penn, Cali Fla, and NC...
Day and night... sometimes hiding in small Wht puffy clouds during the day... they move in formation and can hover for long periods, but when they take off they at the speed of light and can vanish instantly. They have camaflaouge abilities amongst other things, like replicating itself, and creating holograms and skywriting.
At first I thought they were satallites, but the things I've seen them do no satallite has the capability to do.
They are watching...
Someone or something controls them and, I have seen them too.... long cylinder shape crafts that expel these orbs, clouds, and mini saucers or pods... They can change colors and shape shift. They can cast beers of light...
The question is... "Who is behind this": world militaries, other visitors, mad scientists, or rich privateers. In any case know... Somebody is watching everything and has been for a long time!

I saw orbs flying around outside my fathers house about 10 years ago here in the Bronx. 2 of them were flying around real fast above the house and 1 was flying real slow in a straight line. My father and I were both dumbfounded. Never seen something like that ever.

I am pretty sure these "orbs" that folks are seeing at night are flying Chinese lanterns/ small paper hot air balloons. These are made from a thin paper balloon around 2 1/2 to 3 feet in diameter. The flame or fuel uses to heat the air is equivalent to a 2 inch square white fire starter blocks. The flame illumatrs the paper balloon very well giving the lantern an erie glow. These lanterns can only be used, effectively, on a really calm night. This makes them appear to be floating stationary in the air. Once the fuel block is used up, then the effect of just disappearing happens as the flame goes out.
