Tips:1. Try to use Electric ignition, inside the chamber with airseal(you can design the circuit, it's straightforward)
2. Try to use hard cottons and press it hard against your "firework masala" and then add your pellet, it will result into more compression (which is very important to achieve higher velocity)
3. Constant search for ingredients with "lower ignition energy" and "higher burning efficiency", if you find one (ofcourse it exists among governments but we're making it ourselves legally), do let us know!

for making it more lethal, i glued two firecrackers together i place a wad or a small cloth before inserting the bullet i also made the stock nicer with funtional iron sights, or you can add additional gunpowder down the barrel for extra power

Use an electric lighter for faster ignition times and a paper patched ball and you'll get better muzzle velocities.

Try to put your ballbearing on the end of the firecracker like a real bullet. I use a small about of masking tape to do it, you could maybe use glue to do it as well.
