If you believe a property is not worth the starting bid and when the auction starts can one bid lower than the original bid price? there is a property that is set for auction and they are wanting like 50, 000 for the property. The Original property before it was established with a modular home was around 16 thousand. the property has already been built up and designed in what might have been a garden Idea with rock walls but I believe a house once set there. But I can't find info. but the little two-bedroom single that is set there once was very nice and the photos of the inside were immaculate on the Zillow forclosure sight, But when I and my son walked up to the window to peek in it smelled of garbage and everything even the building on it was falling down. The mobile home on the outside looks sound but as we looked in the garbage was all piled up and it smelled like something died in there and the cabinets looked wreaked. The auction price is 50, 000 and the home was made in 2012. Two bedrooms one bath and brick underpinning. I said the trailer may be cleaned up and that property is nice and fenced in all around but the trailer is not worth an extra 30, 000 thousand. Maybe the whole property could be worth 25, 000 My question is? is it possible to underbid?

Ok so I understand all these parts. I know the psycology of it. I sell cars for a living. BUT, I don't understand what is being said at an auction very well by the auctioneer or what different signs and buying options are. Is there a good video that shows you what to listen for?

“Doubling the competitors bid”, so misleading. They want you to make it easier for the auctioneers.
