Wow. This song spoke to me on a deeper level. I met my girlfriend recently, and I've been struggling with Narcissism (I know, narcissistic to talk about myself) I also have Aspergers so I'm incapable of picking up on social cues, but I know I love her more than myself. I've dated before, but she's really began making me fall for her in a way I can't understand. This song perfectly captivates the magical feeling of falling in love while the lyrics also reflect the difficulties of falling for someone that I can relate to, the tightrope falling for you part really speaks to me because of how my narcissism and innate insecurities bother me so much that it makes me think the only woman I've ever loved more than myself that wasn't my mother was so beautiful in my eyes she could leave at any moment and was thinking about it when she's done nothing but be a loyal and loving woman through the few hardships I've confessed to her. She even helped me go 16 days sober from a 3 year addiction and this song just reminded me of how far my life has come. Remember kids, love is rough but beautiful. It's like a diamond, jagged and shiny. You pick it up and admire it, not believing it's yours until the stone is set. And Lindsey, if you're reading this, I thank you for making this song. It really helped me with my depression too and I can't explain just how much this and "gunfire" really helped me emotionally.
