HUGE NEWS! Canary Islands get UK Travel Corridor - What you need to know before travelling to Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera & El Hierro.

At 5pm today the UK announced that travel to the Canary Islands will no longer require 14 day self isolation on return as of 4am Sunday 25th October. This applied to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. FCO no longer advises against travel which means that travel insurance will now be valid once again. This video contains all the information you need to know!

I would be very careful about booking a holiday as has happened before people arrive in resort and 2 or 3 days later our idiots in govt change their minds and announce that the quarantine is back in place and you have to return early at inflated prices. Some people have reported that they had to pay nearly 400£ for an early flight. So they lost out twice they paid for a full holiday got their time in resort halved and paid extortionate fees for early flight home. If anyone has total trust in our Gov't I would like to enter negotiations with you about buying London bridge. I can also get you a really good deal on Buckingham palace if you really want to but a nice home in central London.

There's always the prospect of the Canaries requiring a Covid test certificate before travel. This is something that is being looked at currrently.

It’s brilliant news for all the islands, I had my trip to Gran Canaria cancelled and have moved it to next September and I’m coming back to Fuerteventura yay, staying in Caleta again so I’m looking forward to your video you’ve just done, let’s just hope there can be some normality next year.x

If there's a good live stream chain that'll pull the wind the way it was in the 1300s then everyone won't feel displaced and want to leave their land. I don't know where to attach a live stream to from California- whether toward Africa or N.E. Canada however one of those will get nature's breeze going the right way. The way it was before it got disrupted by satellites and such.

Thanks Amelia for quick update . It is good news and I'm really happy for the island more than everything to try and get the businesses up and running. But as we know in the UK it can change week on week here so am abit worried still. We are not due out until next june as this june cancelled. Who knows what could be in place then !!! . Fantastic news thanks fir the update. Things in uk are a bit grim South Yorkshire gas just been placed into tier 3 so no chance if seeing family members who live up sbd down from one end of uk to other :( However brill news for getting away. It's confusing because when I came back on the plane today (Monday 26 October) Easyjet said we had to self isolate for 14 days when I thought that wasn't the case anymore!
