Your display and lights are awesome! I got some led bars from Ikea and Amazon that work great but then I wired fixed Led lighting into the ceiling/shelves and I can turn on my whole display from the wall light switch, if I didn't do that then I have to use the remote! Maybe one day ill do i room tour for the poeple to see! Thanks for showing us your setup

I got mine from eBay too, and I love them. Almost been a year and the adhesive still holding strong.

Great information on the lights, but I would also like to know where you got the backdrop artwork in your display. Thank you -.

Would you know by any chance if this affects LED lights on statues with a lighting pattern like the Boba Fett statues? I’m new to collecting and I just got the BN-Link Remote Control Electrical Outlet switch for my statues and I don’t wanna mess up the lighting on the Boba Fett statue specifically. It works okay on my other statues but I wouldn’t know on the Boba Fett statue, I asked Sideshow and I’ve yet to hear a response from them. Thank you!

where did you get your metal artwork? That's brilliant to stick to these metal frames with magnets. And the metal art looks really sharp

Hey Chris, watching this video again for lighting tips. You mind me asking you where you were able to get the artwork behind your display?

Love the video, my question what do you do if you have 3 or 4 levels 🤔 how do you connect 🤔 it all together?

Thank you Chris! This was really insightful. Will definitely pick up the Remote Control Outlet switches. Any ideas on how to run these LED strips in an Ikea Besta bookcase frame? ( the 75" height one). I'd like one strip per shelf facing down as I do agree with you that's the best placement for lighting.

Hey Chris! So my Besta cabinet that holds my 1/6 scale Bowen and Kotobukiya statues doesn’t have a power source near by. I was thinking of buying wireless Led Bar Lights. I’m kind of nervous about trusting an adhesive backing, holding up the led light to sit on top of my statues. I would hate for the adhesive to lose its grip, and have the light fall on top and damage my statue. You think having the light shining from top is the only way to go? Or you think a light shining from the side of the cabinet onto the statue would be just as good? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I saw the plugs in your hand I thought they were smart plugs hooked up the your google home

I have few around the house and one plugged into my kettle so when my alarm goes off on my phone in the morning for work my kettle turns on for my coffee

So when the light strip burns out or it starts flickering on it’s own the what? You have lights glued to your case

Hi, I'm james, I'm new in collecting toys (for the big boys). Ever since i pre-ordered my first transformer & 1/6 vstoys figure (excited for them to arrive). I have been watching a lot of reviews and collections from different collectors from figure to detolfs. And I'm thinking of getting one detolf too. But when i saw your video, i became very interested because the image / vision of a display case i want was just like yours (batman display case).
So i have a few questions to ask and hope you can answer them. Thanks ! Ps. Your display case is awesome as well as the lighting.
1. May i know the dimensions of your display case (Height, Width, Length) ?
2. Is the backdrop matte photo paper ?
3. Is a display case better when i place the glass over the figure like a box covering it, in short sealing it tight no door (so that no dust can ever go in) good? Does it affect the figure's (vstoys, phicen, hot toys) quality when sealed inside. or a sliding door good (glass sheet comes in from the top to seal entrance)?
I live in the Philippines and during summer, temperatures reaches 35-40°C hotness while rainy season it cool at times.
Hope you can give me a good advice? Thanks!
