Vaulted ceiling means all ur heat ll b there. My bro built one n claimed he could live at 62 degrees temp but I don’t believe ittl b comfortable for me. I’ve found air sealing to b the key !! My home I put foam on inside v under the rock n my only regret is should’ve went for 2”

zip sheet are not =reamemnt to do on double wall conts

Why not just build with 2x8 or 2x10 walls, insulate 2/3 the depth and leave 1/3 available for electrical?
