Galat kyu btate ho, balance fee adjust nhi hota hai, naye college me fir se balance fee payment krna hota hai, aur purane college me fee refund k liye application dena hota. Uske fee refund hone me 15 - 20 days lg jata hai. Itna confidence se jhuth kaise bol lete ho.
