I know this video is from a couple of years ago but is there a built in check-valve in this unit? Or a one way valve on the inlet side to prevent water pressure from flowing back into the supply tank? I'm just wondering if I need one in the intake line before I install this unit. Thanks

what's the maximum distance the pump can be placed from a tap when the pump is beside a below ground tank and pumping only to first level while maintaining a quality water pressure ?

Does the app show the % of the remaining water of in the tank ?

So there is no need for a.pressure tank using this setup?

So where should I place the towels necessary to contain the leaks? Make sure you install the isolation valved because you will need them to install a pump that doesn't leak (I am 0 for 4 on Grundfos). The best advice to installing this pump, however, is Don't Do It!

Scala pump has a design flaw, which they say has been resolved. But really hasn't, you are lucky if you get 4 to 5 years out of it. I highly recommend going with another pump.
