Sometimes I forget to make overnight oats and that’s when I make my cinnamon apple oatmeal. You’ll need just a few ingredients to make this oatmeal. I love adding fruit as it really bulks up my breakfast. I use Sukrin brown sugar almost every day in some way...and it’s zero points.

you should be using butter and brown sugar on the pan with the apples and make the oats on the stove with milk. And that can be replaced to personal preferences

you can microwave the apples too. I do that all the time when I make my "apple pie" recipe

Marianne, this looks wonderful! Nice & warm for our cold winter days in Michigan. I think I might add just a sprinkling of finely chopped walnuts. I believe 1 T of chopped walnuts is 1 point on the WW Blue Plan. Yum, I can't wait to try it!!!! Thanks!! I love your recipes!
