Okay so i'm a dancer and this really helped. My left leg is more flexible so the banana throwing method lol worked on that side but the heel stretch worked on my right because it is stronger.

Omg I can't even tell you how much this helped!! Before today, my leg wouldn't even go up to my waist, but now I can hold it up to my face!!! WOW!!!!

I just wanted to say that this video helped me SO MUCH I had pretty good heal stretches but I could not hold it that long and I couldn’t lock my knee. I have been practicing my dance for months and this really cleaned it up THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS YOH

I'm a figure skater who also does ballet, and both of my sports really need this kind of flexibility! My back is quite flexible, so I was able to do a straight split with my leg behind me, but not perfectly to the front or side. Thank you so much! (success after hopping around in circles with my leg up a million times)

Over one year ago, maybe even two, I wrote a long comment calling you out for telling people they can learn a split in one day.
Reading your intro now makes me really happy :)
You probably don't remember, but if you do, I hope you didn't take my comment the wrong way.
Back then I was reading a lot about anatomy, physiology etc. because I was still studying to become a dance teacher. I've been teaching for over a year now and looking back at your videos, I realize that they are actually pretty good. The only thing that was missing back then was an intro like you have now.
I shouldn't have been so hard on you. You're doing a great job and you give solid advice.

so during lockdown I have been bored and decided to learn this Im a gymnast and thus helps so much I was never able to even do a y balance but I have been watching this everyday for 2 weeks and I am so close I just need to come away from the wall and learn to hold it but thanks so much!!
