This model is a pale dun, with zebra stripes on all four legs and socks on her front legs. There is a slight bit of overspray on her eyes, but that makes her look feminine and young.
She is loping with her head almost vertical to the ground, and she looks happy and gentle - she might do well in a Western Pleasure or Equitation class.
Other uses could include Western Trail class, reining, leadline classes, gymkhana, and Ranch Sorting.
The mare has good conformation, her hindquarters and shoulders have good muscle tone without making her look like a stallion and her hooves are large and round. She is 13.2 hands high, give or take a little because of the pose.
Her tail is long and swishy and her mane is pulled.
She also has a beautiful head. Her little, dark tipped ears are pointed forwards and her face is dished just a bit, but not enough to make her look like an Arabian. An added bonus is that she doesn’t have a “good side” for taking photos - she looks cute from both sides!
I rated her four out of five stars for usefulness, and five for her paint job and conformation.
For only $17.99, this model would be a great addition to a performance showstring.
