Mam I need a urgent help . We are constructing a house in an urban area ( duplex house ) . The neighbours of backyard are troubling us so much with abuses . While curing, some amount of water falls on their area and they are just abusing us on that matter . ( They have not left even a inch space while construction and their compound wall it is attached to their house which is 10 feet . We lack air and light even though we haven't complained about it ) Is it their duty to adjust ? We have also installed tarpul on their house but even though some amount of water falls on their backyard . Or should we stop curing it 😑😐

Hello sir.. one question is there how many times offender or individual be punishable for same or other offences or repeating offence can law will imprisonment for more than 20 year at once or for many times have to file pretitions for it soo that offender should be put into imprisonment for whole life till end is there any section hope you will understand that sir 🙏

Hello sir please help in my important matter.
My father expired in service period in 2007. he was in Corporation bank now merged to union bank. We asked for compassionate appointment for my mother but that time rule of compassionate appointment was not there so my mother took ex-gratia amount. But in 2014 the rule of compassionate appointment is started again. Now my mother is 50+ and have health issues and I to have little sister who is still studying. So can I get compassionate appointment in my father's place now. Pleae reply sir
