Been cooking this for a while myself...such an great tasting and easy side.

I don’t marinate with olive oil at all though...just wrap the bacon, pair the seasoning and throw ‘em in the smoker or on the grill.

I also recommend to stretch the bacon, and lace it between the stalks at the end, that way it doesn’t unravel while cooking in the grill.

Yes sir, this is the way to do it. You do any bacon or really fatty meats over direct heat and you're asking for problems. Have some on the weber as I'm typing, and gonna grill some shrimps and scallops when these come off.

Well I will edit this. Nice steaks and fine over direct heat since they are hot and fast.
