This is definitely an interesting take on the idea, Frisk deciding to reset over and over again, only to do the same thing again and again, till chara decided that making a deal with sans to get rid of the human was the only option left, it definitely brings into new light of what could have actually token place, what chara was thinking during these events, sure he was fine with it at first but it got considerably more boring the more it continued, so chara, as well as Sans collectively agreed to try “Something New”, something different, and so began Undertale: Something New.

This is so fire. The animation, the story being told without any words being said, and it really showcases the descent of Sans and how he went from being a regular Sans to Killer. Idc what anybody says, this is my headcanon for Killer Sans now ftw. This was worth the wait and more!

Chara isn’t actually a villain in this, their just helping the player. But Chara tired of the player constantly killing monsters especially Sans so they make a deal with him.

If I don't misunderstand your vision of the "Killer Sans" story, it is that a genocidal route was executed, which was the beginning because they forced Frisk (the threads). At the time of the trial, Chara seems interested (I don't know why) and in the end Frisk resets either out of fear of Chara or to avoid the deal.

In the next one, he repeats the genocidal route but now of his own free will or because he liked the fight against Sans (the broken threads and Frisk dancing with an injured Sans), while Chara looks disappointed or annoyed, either because he didn't accept his deal or because be repeating the same route MANY times.

Then Chara taking advantage of a possibly deranged Sans, allies with him to get rid of Frisk (Sans at the beginning of the Ruins and Chara apparently preventing the Reset). To later convince Sans to... join? merge? It's not very clear to me but Sans accepts and "Killer Sans" is born.

Please correct me if I misunderstood something.

My Gosh... I've been a fan of Dasu's song and also used to be in the undertale fandom in the past. This fusion is literally amazing... A few scenes literally send shivers down my spine seeing how an illustration can change the meaning of this song so much.

I've always thought of this song as a form of salvation along with corruption, or salvation by corruption.

This animatic portrayed it so well, especially this part 2:31
