I actually thought Bull is getting a rework.
I was thinking that when you use his super, you get the option to stop by using the super again.. Basically his Stomper Gadget, but added to his base kit.

Bull should be immune while using the super cuz he gets 30% shield from hyper charge and 80% from super so 80 + 30 = 110% he should receive no damage it might be broken but tbh i still think it would be balanced because he loses immunity when he stops
