Yes, same rules as the worlds for the europeans : 9 fighters max in total per gender, 2 fighters max per weight class

I think every country can send maximum 3 athletes per category.
Last year at -63 Israel send 3 girls at this weight class

I honestly think they should allow those sode from far away, Yildiz got injured because he holds the lepel and I do not think it's the azerbaijani's fault, just my opinion
