What an excellent explanation! Now I know why my blood pressure goes up. I sometimes drink 2 bottles of water all day and too much salt. Unless is Evian or Fiji i drink more.The regular water tends to dehydrate. One time I was told to drink a bottle of water to lower my high blood pressure at a medical place and it worked. So that’s what it is! That’s very interesting! Thank you so much!

What an excellent explanation!Now I know why my blood pressure goes up sometimes when I drink 1 bottle of water and to much salt. I like to put to much salt and I don’t like to drink a lot of water unless is Evian or Fissi water. The other water make me very dehydrated. Thanks.

One more suggestion to you sir, you should also upload short form videos regularly for I have seen they get better attention ( despite the fact your long form videos are crisp and to the point too --- but alas people have worsened their retention span)
