Final Confrontation: Firestar's Final Flame | COMPLETE WARRIORS MAP

It's finally here everyone!
This MAP was a voice acted, storyboarded MAP based on Tigerstar and Firestar's final battle in Omen of the Stars:The Last Hope.

A big BIG thank you to the voice actors who volunteered their voices for this project. Firestar's lines were actually recorded around 6 years ago when I planned on doing this animation by myself, but I never did get around to it. I am glad to finally be able to put such wonderful animation to the acting.

I learned a lot from hosting this MAP. There are definitely things I would do differently in the future if I were ever to host a MAP again, but overall I think the result was still fantastic!

I love how you showed everyone people that FireStar cared for, joining him around his corpse: His last apprentice and deputy Brambleclaw, his daughters Squirrelflight and Leafpool, the love of his life Sandstorm, his best friend Graystripe and his nephew Cloudtail. They were his true family.

I just can't help but think of TennelleFlowers' rewrite of Power of Three-there Firestar dies in the camp fire sequence getting everyone out. And then of course we'll still get Tigerstar vs Firestar, but IMAGINE THE STAKES of two spirit cats fighting. If Firestar is injured too heavily he disappears forever to rest. That would've been so much more emotional than a living Firestar vs dead Tigerstar as we all know even if Firestar dies we'd still see him in StarClan.

Firestar was a true hearted cat, for that we miss him,

His mother saw a vision
Her son on a rock
She called out but with no awnser
She than realized she wasn't in his destiny..
His destiny was his own.
His own choice till the very end
His last breath
His last flame.
Died out.

Not wild nor free
But then he heard the tales,
Of the mystic and brave
He ventured out to the forest
On a dark and starry night
And what was brought to him was such a delight
As the days grew darker
And the lies grew bigger
The joy seemed to fade
But, it was still there by a sliver
More and more died
Lots of the loved ones
But he still held on
Just for the clan
Redtail, yellowfang, bluestar, all gone in a flash
And he who became leader
Changed from his past
But we still love and adore him
Even when each day seemed like his last
His flames were dying down,
Each in the past
And then on one stormy night
The flame and the tiger
Had one last fight
And he died in a fire
This is his life
His dream
His shadow
And now...
His last flame has died out
But he still lives on
In his kin and friends
The fire never dies down

Tigerstar truly was a perfect villan, no tragic back story to make you feel any sympathy for him, and the fact that he loses both lives to kittypets is truly fitting

I was honestly so glad when the brought Firestar back into the fight during A Light in The Mist, seeing him kick ass like it was Omen of The Stars all over again was excellent!

To be honest, I think Greystripe would of been devastated inside when he saw Firestar dead. They have been together forever. Always helped eachother, and now he can’t see him.

Who ever acted out SandStorm on this recording, did an amazing job.. that emotion feeling it brings to the viewers heart.. perfect.. :)

I feel like once Firestar became leader the whole fandom kinda forgot about him. Like we knew he was there and alive but we focused on other characters instead and some people even started to call Firestar boring. In the back of my mind I wondered if he would just die off screen. And for some reason I was ok with it. I would be sad but not devastated. An I think the fandom felt the same. But when this scene came, and Firestar died, it hit the whole fandom like a truck and suddenly we realized that, yes Firestar is actually dead. When this scene came up I cried. It was amazing and exactly how Firestar would go out. He lived a good life and loved his clan. This map showed it. He never lost hope and was always there for his family and friends. This is why I love Firestar and this map.

3:49 the pain in graystripes eyes is underrated. He just lost his best friend, the friend who has always stuck by his side.

Every time I saw the map call, I reflected on just one thing: He had a human family, a family that certainly loved him, and he would be alive if he never left. But he wouldn't be so happy, he wouldn't have saved his clan, he wouldn't have made all his friends and family, but now both families have lost him, and the human family will never know what happened because who would have thought that a kitty pet would become one such a strong leader? I can't imagine something like this happening to my cat haha
Everyone involved did a wonderful job! I shivered from start to finish, I miss your videos Sarah, I hope you can achieve everything you want!
