Unless we see the rider in position it’s impossible to tell if it’s a good fit. Reach looks too long. That saddle looks low enough. Aside from changing his position or changing out for a shorter integrated stem, he needs a different, less aggressive bike regardless of sizing

Tarmac are so hard to fit now. The dodgy bar stem combo is just such a faff to deal with. Changing bars used to be a 10min job. You how have to rebleed both brakes and install new hydro lines - 3-4 hours.

I'm 3 months in, 3 different size stems, moving seat forward/back, seat height, still pain in right shoulder going down to my arm only on right side, me left side all good very annoying. Do I give it up because this pain every day getting me down😢 any advice please peoples.

Still looks a bit long on him. Perhaps reducing the stem by about 10mm would help. However, we have to make sure he has enough space at the front to not hit his knees on the bars.

His hands arent even in the hood and the arms are stretched out, the back is too stiff and straight, the seat height is a tad bit out of position

looks like his knees bend to much! I would seriously get annoyed if sat in that position i think.
