In this video I take my best shot at rebuilding the Pittsburgh Pirates for 2025. This includes finding a workout around for the cheap owner, signing instant offense pieces desperately in need, and revitalizing the poor bullpen. This team has an exciting group of pieces and with plenty of prospects left in the system, they are an exciting team to work with despite the frugal nature.

Frazier is over the hill. And resigning 'Cutch made no sense. He's on his way to becoming the next Joey Gallo. They could've added Randall Grichuk and Jon Berti for the same money. Then the lineup would've consisted entirely of guys who hit .260 - .275 with a little power and Berti's epic speed. Those adds along with Horwitz and Falefa would've been a clear upgrade over lasts year's embarrassing lack of offense. Instead they're looking again at a lineup with too many guys who'll likely hit
.210 - .220.

We may have the best starting pitching in baseball next year and it’s a shame that nutting and cherington won’t get any impactful bats in the off-season and the offense will continue to be a let down

The only change that will be made in the next decade is that the pnc park lease expires, nutting will not renew it, and he moves the team to a city that will give him a sweetheart deal like Vegas gave the a's or sells the team to a group that will move them. Simple put, the Pirates are not long for Pittsburgh, and if we're not careful, Pittsburgh could be the Oakland of the east and we lose all teams. Sad reality of the modern sports world where big city money talks as does international expansionism, and small markets suffer the consequences. It was nice while it lasted.

BOYCOTT PNC! Stop putting $$$ in Bob Nothing's pocket. Attendence is UP the last 3 years. Thats crazy. The day attendence falls below 1, 000 is the day he goes looking for a buyer. And the less revenue he has the cheaper he will be forced to sell. That'll make it happen that much quicker and leave the new owner more money to spend on better players.

Wouldn’t be shocked at all to see Chapman back with the Bucs next year. Bring him and Cutch back. Sign Christian Walker or trade for Naylor (1 year til Fa, same agent as Skenes). Sign an OF like Winker or Conforto. Add another late inning arm like a Jose Leclerc
