Catty’s another character getting back would be a genuine surprise, figured she wouldn’t be black enough for G3.
But now I’m confused, if they are going to acknowledge existing characters, why did they change the main cast so willy nilly? Lightening Clawdeen’s skin and pairing her with a guy, not bothering to do research on actual Asian vampires, straight up refusing to believe there are brown people in Australia? Guess we should be glad mummies are such a huge part of Egypt’s history/culture that they couldn’t touch the De Niles, as I’ve definitely seen the internet claim Egyptians aren’t “of color” enough since they (like most places) don’t fit into Americans’ literal black and white mold.
