Thank you Bridget. I am currently recovering from the birth of my fourth child, and I never take for granted how helpful it is to listen to calming affirming messages. After giving birth to 4 children I know how important it is to protect ones mind from negativity at this time. Thanks again for helping me with that. Love you momma!

Why don't you talk about homebirth and how much safer it is for low risk women. Women were never designed to birth in a hospital and being in a hospital creates fear vs being at at home.
