You are a bit off. George Takei said that the three subject nominees testified (under oath) that it was "settled law, " so your attempt to undermine Mr. Takei in Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is frankly a bit scurrilous IMHO but at the least is misleading to a large extent. Then you went to the ALLEGED question of whether the nominees would OVERTURN Roe v. Wade. Not exactly, but they were put under oath, and thus their testimony at least is the "mere appearance of impropriety" which is the ethical standard. They failed, as did you "VERIFY."

Did they say it was settled law? That is what Mr. Takei said. To my knowledge that was the question and their answer, when your FALSE video statement first landed in my social media one month ago and I responded. Lies are not acceptable to me. Take down this video or I will ask @YouTube to do so.
