Our fridge stopped working in the caravan! We wanted a coolbox, so we went out and bought this!

We use a portable fridge in awning for alcohol 🍺🍾 saves space in caravan fridge…..love it ❤️

Looks like you can hold plenty of stuff in that thing. We have one but it’s more of an electric cooler and definitely smaller. Nice video

My really old blue Halfords 12v fridge (still going) almsot identical is the slightly bigger model and has the holes in the lid to accommodate 2-litre bottle cap lids, so surprised yours isn't the same. It does mean, the bottle will only fit into the space, under that plastic recess though. Maybe of some use??? I didn't know it had an eco mode though. 😮😅 I'll need to check

Did you try the dometic fridge (reboot) reset? Basically depress the mode button until it beeps twice, if i recall (its wuite a long press). Link below for guide;


Or - Turn off the fridge using the on/off button, then disconnect it from the 12v power source (assuming you're using it). Leave it off for at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power and turn it back on. Interrupt 12v Power Supply: This is a more forceful reset, similar to a computer reboot.

Our fridge refused to operate on gas. Hey presto, the dealership did the above, and now its working a-ok. 👍
