Why is it that almost every leader of a town or province like governor of bohol, tarlac and others has the same alibi by saying they do not know what is happening in their jurisdiction? Is it just that they do not care and are simply enjoying their life and career as governor or mayor OR they simply trying to stay out of the intrigue thus trying to avoid repercussion. Whatever it is, it simply just shows that they do not deserve to be in their position as public servant.

The town of Bamban has a NEW Municipal Building and Community Center, Conference halls, day care centre, schools and mall. Ready to move in!...right behind the old Municipal building.

If Guo is found guilty, the province of Tarlac, with the assistance of government agencies, assists the municipality of Bamban to take possession of the land and facilities.
