How Do I download 2 years of data for futures and Spot data from IBAPI ? wil the IbridePy able to download and how long it takes?

to teest some things I first want to connect with paper trading account instead of real account. So, I have set my port in IB settings as 7497, now where do i make the same change in IbridgePy??

I get the error that ib is not responding at all running the run_me.py file. any suggestions
