I find it very important to check out the measurements. I have a little tape measure handy so I can lay out the measurements to get an idea of just how big, or small, something really is. And, know your own measurements. Use that tape measure to write down your own measurements. Go by that rather than 'large', 'extra large' or 'small'. Those words mean nothing but the measurements do.
