We used to sell this product (different branding) at a massage chair company I worked at. It sends shocks through your neck and back releasing tension. It doesn’t vibrate or make sound you should have tried it on to see how it works lol

I have one and I love it. It really helps when you have tension in your neck. Start with the lowest setting then progress slowly. It also helps if you have a mister and mist your neck. 😊

I got a foot massager off of Temu and I tried that thing at 5 percent that electrocuted me so bad it felt like I was in the death chair
