Separatists claim victory in east Ukraine

Separatists in eastern Ukraine have claimed victory after a referendum on self-rule. They say an overwhelming majority of those who voted in Donetsk and Luhansk want to split from Ukraine. Final results are expected shortly. But the vote has been rejected as a farce by the Kiev government, as Jonah Hull reports from Donetsk.
